i have no idea, i am just yapping and sometimes my posts breach containment 😭 i'm doing anything special, and i'm definitely not doing anything that everyone else isn't also doing. i see a new pic/clip, i lose my mind over it publicly, and some people follow me because of it. some people might be following me for my writing, but i think that's a very small %, which is probably why when i post about my fics the posts go nowhere. but making friends isn't really about followers. you could have 10k followers and still no friends. try interacting with your favorite people in the comments of their posts, and once you think you are acquainted enough, send them a dm! you'd be surprised how many people are just as eager to make friends! i hope this helps, and of course, feel free to dm me any time!
