What I love most about this story is being able to explore a different perspective through two people who are madly in love with each other but who have very different visions of life. And I think that’s what makes their relationship so interesting, having different dreams or ways of seeing things doesn’t mean they can’t make it work. It just means they have to really listen to each other, understand where the other person is coming from, and learn to meet halfway. Wonwoo feels pressured because Mingyu’s request hits him almost like a cold shower. But at the same time, I think Mingyu is right when he says that Wonwoo can’t live in fear forever. He can’t stay locked inside his comfort zone or be afraid to take risks simply because he’s scared of what might happen. Especially because he won’t have to face any of it alone. Mingyu is right there beside him, ready to support him and take those steps together.
