I've let this ask slow cook for a while because I wasn't sure of how to answer it at first. But basically: yes, I love her art as well as her partner's (heartlurch on twitter) and I ended up taking a lot of inspiration from their works because I want to make more art that makes me happy, lol...

On the other hand I'm not trying to be a 1:1 copy of them and I really hope people don't see me that way... I just want my art to be its own thing and full of things I like. Because in the end all I've ever done is make art for fun and myself. But I think it would be disingenuous if I don't shout out my influences when it's noticed, so...
